I absolutely love it!

Thanks for your review! ^^

I was very moved by this piece.

Vlaireice32989 responds:

Thankies, I'll work on it maybe next time to enhance the mood. I just put the basic melodies :3

The intro was very unimpressive. It jumped with zero transition into the actual audio, it was disruptive and ineffective.

The melody is very nice though and your instrumentals were in harmony which is more important than anyone seems to realize. It has just the right combination of said instruments. it gets repetitive, unfortunately, and then cuts into silence.

It had the potential to be a very nice piece, a piece that would have very nice in a desert themed flash or the like.

My advice to you: the main acoustic which is playing the melody stays constant throughout the entire song. The pieces that repeat should be in the background or soft, with the focus piece playing a varying melody to give the song real flow. You could either take the main acoustic and convert it to part of the rhythm, or allow it to alternate.

Other than that, a few notes get cut off in the middle which is very harsh on the ears, and be more attentive to your intro and outro.

A real feel to it! I'll have my eye on you, your song made it evident you have a natural feel for the soul of music.

Koligen responds:

But I wanted the intro to be unimpressive 8(

It's all love though!

Total lack of rhythm in the intro, and it matters more than you think, because it sets the tone for the rest of the song. It doesn't TOTALLY recover from it either, it's a little off the whole song through.

The 8-bit blips were disruptive, but could have been well applied if there was anything to balance, them which there wasn't.

I did enjoy your choice of synth, and what I can only assume was a pad in the background added to the overall effect.

Try to give your next song more uniformity and cadence.

Koligen responds:

But I didn't want uniformity and cadence...

Impressive! The focus instrumental in the song is very harsh (almost ear-grating), and I had to turn down my volume to write this, but the intro violin was masterfully done and the background (Guitar, I believe?) is wonderful. The melody too, is fresh and it's enticing.

Koxyx responds:

Much thanks! The intro is actually cello. I apologize if I damaged your ears though; you are hearing the best electric guitar sample I own (sad, isn't it?). At any rate, thank you again and for future songs I will ensure those are not problems.

This is definitely a very nice trance piece. I am absolutely infatuated with this brand of music, and This is one of the pieces I'm sure I would listen to often. It has a lulling repetition to it as WELL as a subtle melody that is everchanging to keep you drifting. These are the two keys to trance, I think.

Here's the kicker: In the intro (Nice buildup, kept me waiting for the drop,) but there was a slight static-like beep that I found very irritating. VERY irritating. I told myself that if it didn't stop soon, I would drop the song. It did after the intro, of course.

A wonderful piece. The aforementioned error is unavoidable when it comes to extremely complicated music generating software, which makes it excusable. I only suggest that, if possible, you edit it now so that it's perfect for re-upload anywhere else.

Thank you for the music!

AlbasaurusTrance responds:

Glad you like it. I fixed the "clicking" issue, there was a slight timing error with the start of the sample. The melodic elements (pads, bass and synth leads) of the track I played straight out of a Korg Triton and a Roland JP-8000 (namely because most of my soft synths are rubbish). The percussive elements (drums, tambourine) were a mixture of the Triton and apple loops. I was listening to some old Jaia tunes when I wrote this and was finding myself disgusted at no-talent clowns butchering the genre.

Phleeebhhhtttt

I was very phlbbbbbbbt looking through remixes, but at around 24 seconds in i realised what this was and my face lit up like a friggen christmas tree. I'm dancing in my seat.

Also, I love you.

Jebbal responds:

Okay I have a question. What is "Phleeeeeebhhhht"? And "Phlbbbbbbt"? That's two questions. Whoops. Pick one!

Dance in your seat!

Also, I love you too<3

Thanks for the review!
